摘    要:旭普林型无砟轨道系我国在郑州~西安铁路客运专线首次引进,其优点是成型后的轨道精度高,轨道几何尺寸能够持久保持,更换受损的无砟轨道更为方便。桥上旭普林无砟轨道机械施工的重点是混凝土道床板的施工技术。该机械施工方法对测量技术有较高的要求,具有便于操作、速度快、精度高、社会效益明显等优势。

Abstract:Zublin unballast track was first brought in Zhengzhou-Xi'an Railway Passenger Dedicated Line of China. Its merit is high accurary of the shaped tracks and its geometrical dimension could be kept for a long time. So it will be more convenient to replace damaged unballast tracks. The key point for its mechanical construction is construction technology of concrete track beds. This technology has higher require for measuring, and has the advantages of convenient operation, fast speed, high accurary and remarkable social benefits etc.
