| 摘 要： | 目前大学生普遍存在法律知识匮乏、法律意识欠缺、法律能力相对薄弱、法律素质不高等问题。要解决这些问题,必须对大学生法制教育中法律基础课的教学方法进行改革。围绕提高大学生法律素质的主题,应从教学重点、教学内容和教学方式等方面进行改革。

| Abstract: | At present,most college students are lack of knowledge about law,legal consciousness,who have weak legal capacity and low legal quality.To tackle them,we must reform the teaching methods of law foundation courses in legal education for college students.Based on the theme of improving college students＇ legal quality,the teaching targets,contents and methods of law foundation courses should be reformed. |
