本文结合麦金农提出的“中国之谜”,分析了我国现行金融监管体制对我国经济增长的贡献及其存在的问题,评价了我国市场化初期的金融改革成效,并针对我国已从“金融抑制”转入“金融约束”阶段的实际情况,提出了在深化我国金融改革时避免过度金融自由化的措施建议。

China' s Financial Deregulation: An Analysis Based On the Preliminary Stage Of Market-Oriented Reform

The last two decades of 20th century witnessed the great progress of China's market-oriented reform. The financial system of China was and is still experiencing the process of deregulation. Financial constraint has taken the place of financial repression and plays an important role during the period of China's economic development. It'll be very important to avoid unnecessary financial liberalization and chaos while pushing financial deregulation forward.
