论美国金融危机下的新贸易保护主义

美国救市新政中“只买国货”条款，就象一枚未引爆的重型炸弹落入给全球经济带来繁荣的自由贸易花园里，预示着在全球金融危机余患的撞击下引爆保护贸易的冲击波。中国应勇敢地面对，并采取积极的措施，加强并保持与其他贸易伙伴的互动、抑制或排除贸易保护主义的恶性膨胀，维护全球自由贸易的氛围。并苦练内功，提高自我保护能力，使我国的经济顺利渡过阵痛期。

The New Trade Protectionism under the Financial Crisis

The ＂Buy America＂ provision in America＇s new policies to rescue the market, which is like a heavy unexploded bomb falling into the garden of free trade and prosperity of the global economy, indicates the shock wave of trade protection exploded with the global financial crisis. China should be brave to face the problem and to take active measures to strengthen and maintain the interaction with other trading partners to restrain or eliminate the vicious expansion of trade protectionism so that the atmosphere of global free trade can be maintained. Moreover, China should practice hard to enhance its self-protection capability so that its economy can smooth away the hard times as ＂labor pains＂.
