居住环境的价值化评价及其实践意义

当前,我国居住环境评价领域的研究非常活跃,但大多数研究偏重于空间环境的定量描述和相互比较。由于方法的限制,研究成果难以为居住环境政策提供具体的决策依据。针对这一问题,提出研究重点需由空间评价转向价值化评价。在此基础上,对居住环境的价值化评价的理论、方法和研究进展进行了综述,并结合北京市居住区环境的研究案例,对经济学的价值化评价方法在居住环境政策领域的应用进行了探讨。

Evaluation of the Values of Living Environments and Its Significance

A comprehensive literature review suggests that so far the assessment of the physical aspect of living environments was emphasized but that of the values of the environments has been neglected in China.This paper argues that to facilitate the decision-makings in practice,it is truly essential to turn the research focus to the quantitative evaluation of the values of living environment.In particular,studies should be directed to the values of those environmental factors with critical policy implications.Base...
