| Abstract: | The subprime mortgage loan crisis of America is directly relative to the asset-backed securities. Firstly,this paper looks back the development of US subprime mortgage crisis and asset securitization.Secondly,it suggests that the asset securitization benefits China on one hand,and the example is to improve the capital efficien- cy.On the other hand,it will bring about the puzzlement,with an example is whether the systematic risk can be reduce or not. |
