日照市农业产业结构调整的对策

该文针对山东省日照市农业结构调整现状,认为必须坚持市场需求、效益优先、因地制宜、分类指导、群众自愿、规模经营的原则,做好农业结构调整与发展特色农业、"订单农业"、外向型农业结合,大力实施农业标准化,以科技推广和农产品市场开拓为重点,提高农业效益,增加农民收入等对策。

COUNTER MEASURES FOR ADJUSTING STRUCTURE OF AGRICULTURE INDUSTRY OF RIZHAO CITY

Acording to the present status of adjusting agriculture structure in Rizhao City Shandong Province,this paper deems that the following counter measures must be adopted.They are:insisting on the principle of respecting market requirement,taking benefit first,suiting measures to local condition,providing guidance according to diferent types;considering the masses willingness,managing by fit scale;combining agriculture structure adjustment with developing agriculture of special characteristics,"agriculture production by orders",agriculture of extroversion type;and vigorously implementing agriculture standardization;taking science and technology extension and agriculture products' market expansion as focus,so as to improve agriculture benefit and increase farmers' income.
