北京市城镇居民消费结构的实证分析

采用扩展的线性支出系统(ELES)模型对北京市城镇居民家庭的消费结构进行了实证分析,结果显示,目前北京市城镇居民家庭在消费结构上呈现出吃、教育、行、医、穿、住、用的消费格局,居民的消费已从基本生存型商品消费为主的阶段转到以享受型、发展型消费为主的阶段。

An Analysis on City Residential Consumption Structure at Beijing

This article uses Extended Linear Expenditure System(ELES)to analyse the residential consumption struc- ture at Beijing urban residents.The result indicates:in 2004 the Marginal Propensity to Consume(MPC)of Beijing city residents is 0.557,and the MPC of Transportation and Communication reach to 0.112;with regard to income e- lasticity,transportation and communication,household facilities,residence,mscellaneous and servings are higher than 1,while the others are bellow 1.The consumption structure of Beijing city residents thus involves food,educa- tion,transportation,medicines elothing,residence,household facilities.The residential consumption has already changed from living commedity consumption to enjoyment and development consumption.
