电子海运提单及其实现

伴随着信息技术的发展,提单的电子化日益成为电子商务领域中的热点话题。理论上讲,电子提单的应用可大大便利贸易流程,对各个贸易参与方也很有益处。但长期以来,电子提单的实践过程却步履维艰,至今也未取得大范围、突破性的进展。本文对电子提单的涵义进行了深入剖析,并选取了典型的国际试验项目加以研究,总结出了实现海运提单电子化的核心问题,并就此提出了相关建议。

Electronic Bill of Lading and its Realization Process

With the development of information technology,electronic bill of lading is becoming a hot subject in the field of electronic commerce.In theory,the adoption of electronic bill of lading can greatly facilitate the trade process,and benefit every trade participant.However,the realization process of the electronic bill of lading has met lots of difficulties in the past time,and has never been widely expanded and even less progress to its breakthrough.This paper makes a deep analysis on the concept of electronic bill of lading,and has chosen a few typical international pilot projects for research purposes to sum up the essential problems of the electronization of bill of lading,and simultaneously put up some suggestions related to it.
