发达国家百货业的发展与我国百货业创新研究

摘    要:探索我国百货业创新之路,是当前迫在眉睫的课题.本文通过对发达国家和我国百货业发展的分析总结,认为:重新定位百货,发展新型百货和现代百货,是传统百货业创新的前提;讲求现代化管理和经营,以及科学技术在百货业经营、管理上的运用,是传统百货业创新的基点;更新业态模式,转变经营方式,是传统百货业创新的重要内容;调整产权结构,按照现代企业制度重组和打造零售业的大型集团,走连锁经营道路是传统百货业创新的经济实质.

Abstract:It is an important topic to explore an innovative path to prospering general merchandise industry in our country. Through an analysis and summarization on the development of general merchandise industry in developed countries and in our country, this paper concludes that, to blaze new trails in prospering the general merchandise industry in our own country we must take the road of chain operation by applying modern science and technology on management and operation to the general merchandise industry, renewing the industrial posture model and changing operating style, adjusting the property structure, and reorganizing and setting up large retail groups in terms of modern business system.
