| 摘 要： | 国家能源结构调整加速了水力资源的开发,四川省占有全国水力资源四分之一的经济可开发量.水力资源可持续开发与利用成了四川省发展水电业必须考虑的问题.基于循环经济理论,提出用循环经济原理来指导四川水电开发的思路,并提出了具体的实施方式.

| Abstract: | The national energy structure adjustment has accelerated the exploitation of hydroelectric resources. Sichuan Province enjoys a quarter of economy potential quantity of hydroelectric resources of this country, and the sustainable exploitation of the hydroelectric resources is a must for the development of hydroelectric industry of the province. Based on the circulation economic theory, this paper proposes a new idea of directing the development of hydroelectric resources economy of Sichuan with the circulation principles, along with some concrete implementation ways. |
