Abstract:Housing prices have a regional feature.If kept at a high level,it will inevitably pose a threat to the sustainable and sound development of the regional economy. It is only possible for regulation and control measures for price stabilization to be formulated after the identification of the underlying causes for regional housing prices, which can be created both internally and externally. Land price and construction installation cost are internal factors, while economic and policy factors as well as price expectancy are important external factors.It is a task of top priority to strengthen the regulation of the land market, rectify the order of real estate transaction, thought seriously about past policies, and strive to improve the real estate early warning and prediction system.
