绿色建筑发展中的问题及其解决途径——以河南省为例

发展绿色建筑是应对气候变化、实现节能减排目标、改善人居环境的重要途径。以河南省为例,分析了绿色建筑的发展目标及制约因素,探讨了推动绿色建筑发展的主要措施。认为发展绿色建筑有赖于以下四个方面的因素:完善相关政策法律体系;提高绿色建筑技术水平;房地产企业的积极参与;消费者形成绿色消费理念。

Problems of the development of green building and its resolution ways:taking Henan Province for example

Developing green building is an important way to cope with the climate change,realize the objectives of energy saving and environmental protection and improve human settlement environment.This article analyzes the objectives as well as main restrictions in developing green building in Henan Province,and also discusses the main measures which can be taken to promote the green building development.It concludes that the green building development mostly depend on a sound political and law system from the government,on the improvement of green building construction technology,on the active participation of real estate enterprises and on the formation of consumers’ green consumption concept.
