感应加热温度场的实验与仿真研究

摘    要:针对感应加热过程中工件内部温度检测困难从而影响加热参数设置的问题,文章运用经验法设计一个感应加热实验系统,分别用数值模拟方法和实验测量手段得出该系统工件中温度变化的情况。通过对两者的比较,说明运用数值模拟方法可以实现对加热过程行为的预测,为合理选择加热参数提供理论依据。

Abstract:On the internal temperature assessing difficulty during heating and the resulting parameter configuration difficulties, the article designs an induction heating experimental system by using the empirical approach. It assesses the development of temperature of the system part using digital simulation and experimental measuring. The comparison of the results shows digital simulation can project the heating process, which provides theoretical basis for parameter configuration.
