从无锡看区域性网上商店的经营策略

摘    要:网上商店在经营中普遍遇到了商品交易数量少、无传统资源支撑及高成本运作等困难,区域性网上商店要发展必须对其本身有一个战略的认识,并能解决好成本控制问题。对于区域性网上商店,除了要提供价格优惠的商品外,还应该坚持本地化发展,坚持地域性和业务性联合,并采用商品价格依据配送时限而定的物流配送体系,从而有效降低配送成本,最终实现区域性网上商店从生存到发展的目的。

Abstract:Most of the internet shops have experienced lots of difficulties such as the small volume of commodity transaction, no support of traditional resources,and operation with high costs.In order to develop regional internet shops,a strategic under- standing of themselves must be realized,and the problem of cost control must be solved.In addition to providing cheap com- modities,the regional internet shops should adhere to the local development,combination of region and business,and good ser- vice.They may adopt the delivery sysytem in which the goods price can be fixed according to the develivery time limit,so as to decrease the delivery costs effectively,and finally achieve the goal of the survival of the regional internet shops to their full development.
