我国城市社区整合的困境及其突破

社区整合是现代城市社会一种重要的社会整合方式。社区整合的内涵包括功能性整合、利益整合和认同性整合。当前,我国城市社区整合过程中还存在功能性整合的偏差、利益性整合不到位、认同性整合缺乏等问题。因此,促进社区整合,建构有效、完善的社区整合机制,必须通过社区治理功能的更新和完善,加强社区功能性整合;强化社区利益纽带,促进社区利益整合;完善社区服务,强化社区参与,促进认同性整合。

The Dilemma of Urban-community Integration and Its Solution

Community integration has been an important method of social integration in modern urban society.The connotation of community integration mainly contains integration of functions,interests and identification.At present,there are still some problems in the process of urban-community integration in our country,such as,the deviation of integration of functions,the lack of integration of interests and identification.It needs to strengthen integration of functions by perfecting the functions of government,promote integration of interests by strengthening ties of community interests,and improve integration of identification by perfecting community service and strengthening community participation.
