| 摘 要： | 加快海洋经济发展、建设海洋经济强省是推动福建科学发展跨越发展的重要载体，而海洋经济持续健康发展的关键是对现有海洋产业的转型升级。本文通过分析判断福建海洋产业发展的基本态势、发展条件，研究提出了加快福建海洋产业转型升级的政策建议。

| Abstract: | Accelerating the development of marine economy and constructing a powerful province of marine is important to promote the scientific development in Fujian.The key to the sustained and healthy development of marine economy is upgrading and transformation of the existing marine industry. In this paper, we analyse the basic situation and the conditions for development in the marine industry in Fujian.At once,there are some recommendations put forward to speed up the transformation and upgrading of Fujian marine industry. |
