| 摘 要： | 本文通过实证研究探讨我国房地产行业A股上市公司CEO过度自信与企业绩效之间的关系,发现：房地产行业过度自信CEO所在企业的绩效差于非过度自信CEO所在企业的绩效;房地产行业CEO过度自信程度与企业绩效负相关。并据此提出建立新的契约机制和完善独立董事机制的建议。

| Abstract: | Through empirical research, this paper discusses the relationship between CEO＇s overconfidence and enterprise management performance in A-share listed firms in China real estate industry. The result shows that, in real estate industry, the performance of the enterprises without overconfident CEOs is better than that of the enterprises with overconfident CEOs, so the degree of CEO＇s overconfidence has negative correlation with the enterprise management performance. Based on the research, this paper also puts forward some suggestions to set up new contract mechanism and perfect independent director mechanism. |
