| 摘 要： | 工业遗产是在城市工业发展过程中遗留下来的工业文化遗存,具有科研、审美、历史、文化等重要价值。由于辽宁沿海城市带城市化进程加快,工业遗产的动态保护与适度开发意义重大。在分析辽宁沿海城市带"一核一轴两翼"战略和工业遗产保护现状的基础上,对沿海城市带工业遗产旅游开发的优势及价值进行深入研究,提出适合本区域带工业遗产开发与旅游利用的对策,以促进整个区域带工业遗产的有效保护和合理旅游利用。
