| Abstract: | Based on the analysis of methods that are applied to other countries＇ rainwater and the related experiences,the paper elaborates its role in flood control and drought relief of Hezhou city,explains its effects on urban construction and holds that its applications can make up for the shortages of small and medium-sized water conservancy engineering and make good use of rainwater resources. |
