| Abstract: | In recent years, Guangxi State-owned Gaofeng Tree Farm has been introducing diversified talents, based on its production and operation. However, due to historical factors, the status quo of this farm＇s talent pool leaves much to be desired, which cannot meet the needs of the farm for developing in the new situation. The paper analyzes the status quo and expounds the countermeasures for future development. |
