| Abstract: | After China's entry into WTO, Chinese enterprise blend with global economy harmoniously, and talents internationalization in enterprise is unavoidable. Therefore, we must set up the sense of urgency of talents internationalization in enterprise, make clear the connotation of talents internationalization in deep layer, and devote ourselves to construct the ecological environment of talents internationalization in enterprise. |
