与时俱进地发展好人民满意的“五优”教育

党的十八大把"努力办好人民满意的教育"作为建设"幸福中国"民生工程的首要任务向全党全国发出号召与要求。作为高校我们理应与时俱进地发展好"优化的大众教育、优势的继续教育、优质的价值教育、优裕的幸福教育、优雅的美丽教育"为主要内涵的"五优"教育,做到把力量凝聚到促进教育优先发展轨道上来,把措施落实到推动海西教育又好又快发展的要求上来,把成效体现到将幸福民生为首的公共教育办成人民满意的教育、公平的教育、均衡的教育和健康的教育的根本目的上来。

Reflections on Keeping Pace with the Times to Develop Five Optimum Education

The eighteenth National Congress of the CPC puts ＂education oriented with the people＂ as a primary task to build harmonious China. Thus, our universities should take the responsibility to promote ＂mass education, further edu- cation, quality education, happiness education and beautiful education＂. The five optium education can lead us to de- velop education as a priority, promote the west side of the Straits education, and meanwhile public education should de- velop as people~ satisfied education, fair education, balanced education and sound education, which is fundamental pur- pose in universities.
