“十二五”期间商业银行高层次人才队伍的建设

摘    要:十二五期间,商业银行将在更加复杂多变的经营环境下推进战略转型。高层次人才是商业银行的战略资源,能为银行的持续发展作出直接贡献,而且还能对整体人才队伍的开发具有重要的示范和带动作用。未来五年商业银行将加大对领军人才、中高级管理人才和专业技术人才等高层次人才的需求。针对当前商业银行高层次人才队伍建设中存在的问题,本文从引进、选拔、培训、激励、职业生涯、文化等角度提出了相应的改进建议。
