| 摘 要： | 商业银行的操作风险监管在1995年巴林银行事件后开始引起高度重视,至今已有十余年。本文系统整理了国际银行业和我国商业银行操作风险监管的发展历程,分析了我国商业银行操作风险监管从无到有、从弱到强、日趋完善、与国际银行业逐步接轨的发展轨迹。在此基础上,指出我国商业银行与监管要求之差距所在以及未来努力的方向。
