| 摘 要： | 目前我国企业走向国际资本市场的步伐进一步加快，随之而来的对海外上市公司的监管也日显重要，但也存在诸如监管缺位、不完善的退市机制以及国际监管合作等问题。因此有必要建立操作性强的监管法律法规，重视综合监管，进一步完善海外上市公司的退市机制，加强国际间监管合作。

| Abstract: | At present, as Chinese firms quicken steps in taking their places on the international capital market, the regulation of overseas listed companies is becoming more and more important. Undoubtedly, there are some serious problems for solution, such as regulation deficiency, imperfect market-exit mechanism, and ineffective international regulation cooperation. It is of great necessity to establish easy-operating regulatory laws and rules, to emphasize comprehensive regulation, to improve the market-exit mechanism of overseas listed companies step by step, and to strengthen international regulation cooperation. |
