| 摘 要： | 目前我国能源现状不容乐观,而建筑生产是大量耗能的重要环节,绿色节能建筑推行势在必行.对我国发展绿色建筑过程中存在六个方面障碍进行分析,并在此基础上就加大绿色建筑宣传力度、建立激励机制、完善法律法规、增强技术支持和建立健全监管体系等提出了相应对策.

| Abstract: | At present,energy situation of China is not optimistic,and construction is the important aspect which consumes massively energy.The promoting of green building is necessarily.The six aspect of barriers which exist in the development of green building in our country are analyzed.On the basis of this,a measure was put forward to increase the green building propaganda,establish incentive mechanism,improve laws and regulations,enhance technical support and establish and perfect supervising and managing system. |
