发状念珠藻的分离纯化及人工培养条件研究

摘    要:为探讨发状念珠藻的分离纯化与人工培养条件,以采自陇西县发状念珠藻原植体为实验材料,经分离纯化后考察培养基、温度、光照对发状念珠藻生长的影响。成功分离纯化发状念珠藻藻种,其分别在BG11、28℃以及50μmol·m^-2·s^-1培养条件得到最大生长速率。该研究结果为将来大规模人工培养发状念珠藻提供科学依据。

Abstract:To explore the separation and purification of Nostoc flagelliforme Born.et Flash and its artificial cultivation conditions,N.flagelliforme thallus collected from longxi county of Gansu province was used as the experimental materials.After separation and purification,the effects of different medium,temperature and light intensity on growth of Nostoc flagelliforme were analyzed.The results indicated that growth rate was better in BG11 medium than in BG110 medium during the first 6 days and the maximum growth ...
