| 摘 要： | 阿尔茨海默病（ Alzheimer disease, AD）是最常见的一种老年性痴呆症，以进行性记忆丧失和认知功能障碍为临床特征。虽然越来越多的研究证实对于痴呆越早进行干预效果越好，但目前还没有一个能早期诊断AD的方法。情景记忆（ episodic memory, EM） 是AD最早的认知损害领域之一，文章就情景记忆障碍在阿尔茨海默病早期诊断中的作用作一综述。

| Abstract: | Alzheimer's disease(AD) is the most common form of senile dementia,with progressive memory loss and cognitive dysfunction as its clinical feature.Although more studies confirm the earlier intervention for dementia better,but there is no method of early diagnosis of AD.AD episodic memory is one of the oldest areas of cognitive impairment.This paper discusses the roles of Episodic memory obstacle detection in early diagnosis of Alzheimer Disease. |
