我国中小企业员工心理契约对关系绩效影响的实证研究

摘    要:以我国中小企业为研究对象,设计调查问卷对我国18个省市的中小企业员工进行调查,并运用SPSS20.0软件进行数据分析。得到以下结论:心理契约整体与关系绩效整体显著正相关,员工心理契约对关系绩效具有较好的预测力;员工责任的发展型维度对关系绩效整体及其各维度有显著的预测作用;员工责任的交易型维度对关系绩效整体及其工作奉献维度具有显著的预测作用。

Abstract:Taking small and middle-sized enterprises as the research object,this paper designs the corresponding questionnaire and investigates the employees in small and middle-sized enterprises from 18provinces and cities.Then it analyzes the data from the investigation by using SPSS20.0software.The main conclusions are as follows:employee′s psychological contract has significant positive correlation with contextual performance,and has distinct function to predict contextual performance;the developmental dimension of employee′s responsibility has distinct function to predict contextual performance and its two dimensions;the transactional dimension of employee′s responsibility has distinct function to predict contextual performance and its job dedication dimension.
