| 摘 要： | 随着加入WTO,我国已进入贸易摩擦的高峰期,与主要国家和地区的贸易摩擦频频发生,因此,采取切实措施,抓紧规划并尽快建立我国出口贸易摩擦预警机制,具有重要的现实意义.总结了我国出口贸易摩擦现状,分析了出口贸易摩擦预警系统的监测、评估和预报三个子系统,并提出了建立我国出口贸易摩擦预警机制的重点.

| Abstract: | Along with China entering into WTO,trade frictions between China and other main countries or regions take place frequently.It is very important to adopt measures,program and establish early-warning system of export trade friction as soon as possible.This paper summarizes current situation of export trade friction between China and its trade partners,and analyzes three subsystem of export trade friction early-warning system that include supervising,evaluating and forecasting.Based on above analysis,this paper puts forward key points in establishing early-warning system of export trade friction. |
