| 摘 要： | 我国开发区经过多年的艰苦探索,基本实现了初期创业目标,成为我国经济增长较快区域和地方经济新的增长点,但开发区治理出现诸多问题.基于对国内外开发区演变历史的考察及耗散结构原理,探讨了开发区有序演化模型和路径,分析了不同演化状态下对开发区治理政策影响,并提出了相应对策.

| Abstract: | Through arduous exploration for many years,development zone have almost accomplished their initial goals and become the areas with high economic growth rate in our country and the new growth point of local economic.This article based on the principles of dissipative structure and the development zone government theory,constructed the evolution mechanism and the path,analysed the different influence of policy on changing structure and changeable trend of the system,and put forward the policy of the evolution of development zone in the end. |
