| Abstract: | The paper puts forward the effective method on pushing forward the establisment of new system in geological prospecting units, that is to firm the basis of reform, to ajust really well and to change the geological prospecting units into real enterprises by starting with reform internal geological prospecting units; Then, further regulating the operation, making strategical structural ajustment, forming enterprise group and fulfiling the leap reform of geological prospecting units in the whole bureau. |
