| Abstract: | In this paper,the methodology for enterprise knowledge management system(KMS) modeling is firstly discussed.And then,the theory of "learning by doing" of enterprise knowledge management(KM) is analyzed and introduced.Simultaneously,the function of systematic learning of KMS,its implementing scenario and measure,and KMS systematic learning algorithm are all conceived,deeply studied and put forward.All the work is expected to be helpful to enterprise knowledge management fulfilling process. |
