| 摘 要： | 我国已经初步建立了多元化的环境纠纷解决机制,然而各种环境纠纷解决方法之间缺乏沟通和协调,同时,各种环境纠纷解决方法本身存在诸多问题。论文意在反思我国环境纠纷解决机制在立法和司法中存在的问题,重构一个科学、系统、高效环境纠纷解决机制。
