| 摘 要： | 从解精细化管理的内涵入手,简要分析了高职院校管理权的行使与适法性问题,最后从3个方面对高职院校精细化管理的法律意义进行了探究,即精细化管理能提高管理者的法律意识;精细化管理能更好地维护学生的权利;精细化管理有助于实现民主管理与学生自治。

| Abstract: | Prospected from the connotation of delicate administration,the exertion and legitimacy of administration right in high professional schools are analyzed.Then the legal significance of delicate administration for high professional schools is studied.The delicate administration could promote the legal sense of administrators,protect the students’ right and be helpful to the realization of democratic administration and self control of students. |
