| 摘 要： | 本文选择CNKI的CJFD作为检索库，以检索关键词的方式收集相关文献，运用统计分析法，分析中国家族企业继任问题的研究现状，并从研究内容、研究方法和研究时间等方面对中美两国家族企业继任研究的现状进行对比，最后提出未来我国家族企业继任研究的建议，为国内相关人员更好地研究家族企业继任问题提供参考，以更好地用理论指导实践。

| Abstract: | We choose CJFD of CNKI as our research databases. We use keywords to find out relevant articles, and then use statistics to analize the study situation of succession problem faced by family owned business in China. We compared the content of study, ways of study and time spention in China and America, and provided some advice for future study in China. |
