| 摘 要： | 环境保护是实现经济和社会可持续发展的重要内容和基本保证,是事关中华民族生存和发展的长远大计,也是我国的一项基本国策.由于我国环境保护工作主要是以行政为主导,环境行政执法显得尤为重要.调查研究表明,河北省环保工作取得较大成绩,但环境状况和环境行政执法不容乐观.研究河北省环境与环境行政执法状况,探讨改善和加强环境行政执法的对策.

| Abstract: | Environment protection is an assurance for the sustainable development of economy and society. It concerns the successive survival and development of a nation, and it also is an essential national policy. Because the environment protection in China mainly is an administrative behavior, the environment law execution is very important. The investigation indicates that the environment protection has made much progress in Hebei, but the environmental situation and law execution are not optimized. This paper discusses the situation of environment protection and law execution in Hebei, some countermeasures are proposed for perfecting the present situation. |
