我国农业科技创新能力区域比较研究

运用多元统计学中的主成份分析和聚类分析的方法,分别对中国31个省份的农业科技创新能力进行了评价与比较。结果表明:中国大部分地区农业科技创新能力欠佳,而且区域差别较大;经济发展水平与农业科技创新能力存在较强的内在关系;我国的农业科技创新能力显示出一定的地域性特征;影响农业科技创新能力的各因素发展极不均衡。

The Regional Comparison and Analysis on the Innovation Capability of Agricultural Science and Technology in China

Adopting the methods of main-substance analysis and clustering analysis in Multi-statistics,the paper analyzes and comments the innovation capability of science and technology in the 31 provinces and regions.The result shows that: ①the innovation capability of science and technology of most of most of regions in china is not good enough with large regional distinctions.②the economic development level seems to have strong internal relations with the innovation capability of science and technology.③the innovation capability of science and technology in china shows the regional character.④the development of the influencing factors in the innovation capability of science and technology is not balance.
