| 摘 要： | 村民自治作为村民参与管理的农村政治制度，是一种有中国特色的基层民主形式。村民自治赋予了村民更多的话语权。在村民自治背景下健全和完善农民利益表达机制，确保农民群众依法行使当家作主的权利，是推进社会主义新农村建设和维护农民权益的重要举措。

| Abstract: | As a political institution of villager management in rural China, villager self-governance is one kind of basic democratic form, which has Chinese characteristics. Villager Autonomy gives more rights of speech to farmers. Under the background of Villager autonomy, improving and perfecting the farmer＇s benefit expression system, insuring the civil right of supervising the government are an important measure to push the course of a socialistic new countryside and vindicate the farmer＇s rights and interests. |
