我国转变经济发展方式的现实困境与路径选择

目前，由美国次贷危机引发的国际金融危机导致了经济的不稳定性因素增加。进一步凸显了我国经济发展方式转变滞后的困境。基于此，针对我国经济增长依赖投资和出口拉动依然明显、经济发展中产业及产业内部比例不尽合理、经济增长主要依靠增加物质资源消耗为主等问题，转变经济发展方式的新观念、搞好发展的科学定位、实现从非科学经济发展方式到科学经济发展方式的转交、加快体制机制创新等是转变经济发展方式的路径选择。

A New Perspective to the Treatment of the Diifficult Positions and Stratiges in the Transformation of Economy Development

At present, the increase of the economic unstable factors are caused by the international financial crisis, which results from the US subprime mortgage crisis, has further showed the difficult positions of the lag of our country＇s transformation of economy development. Based on this, after considering the main problems such as the serious dependence of economy development on investment and export, the industrial and industrial inner imbalance and the reliance of economy development on the increasing consumption of substantial resources, this paper discusses the ways of the transformation of economy development by establishing the new conception on economy development, establishing the scientific position of development, accomplishing the transformation from unscientific modes to scientific modes and accelerating the innovation on system and mechanism.
