| 摘 要： | 党的十七大提出深化行政管理体制改革,建设服务型政府。而勤政为民是服务型政府的第一要求。目前政府勤政状况与服务型政府的要求还有一定差距。为此,应强化勤政理念的教育,进一步转变工作作风,加强勤政能力和勤政制度建设,促进服务型政府的构建。

| Abstract: | The Seventeenth session of the Communist Party of China People＇s Congress puts forward to deepen administration system reform , build service type government. Diligence is the first requirement of service type government for the people. Now, the requirement of service type government and government diligent condition still has certain gap. Therefore, it is important to strengthen diligent system construction, reinforce diligent ability and the educational, further change working style of diligent concept, promote service type government. |
