摘 要: | 在科技、经济快速发展的时代,企业将面临更加激烈、更加残酷的市场竞争。如何在日趋激烈的市场竞争中求得长期生存与发展,培育企业的核心能力就显得尤为重要。在剖析企业核心能力的内涵及特征、企业文化的作用、企业文化与企业核心能力之间关系的基础上,探讨中小企业培育核心能力的方法,以期为国内中小企业在培育核心能力时提供一些有益的帮助。

Abstract: | In age of technology,economy develop rapidly,enterprises will face even more fierce and brutal competition.How to seek long-term survival and development in the increasingly fierce market competition,fostering the enterprise's core competence is particularly important.We investigate the method of core capabilities of SMEs based on analyzing the content and features of core competence,the role of corporate culture,relationship between enterprise culture and core competence,in order to foster domestic SMEs in the core capacity to provide some useful help. |
