This paper describes the performance of the security awareness ＂fatigue＂ and the factor lead to ＂fatigue＂, to explore the measures taken to alleviate the safety management of fatigue, pointing out that security managers should actively take the initiative to improve safety and firmly in place and ensure that ideology, institutional measures are in place, indepth on-site and in-depth practice in place, inspections and examinations, and reward and punishment in place.
