| 摘 要： | 人力资本是一种很重要的生产要素,其在企业价值的创造、社会经济的发展中发挥着重要作用。人力资本所有者与非人力资本所有者在企业所有权的安排上是一个博弈过程,非人力资本所有者应考虑到人力资本专用性与企业内部所有权、企业效率之间的关系,从而来安排人力资本所有者在企业所有权中所占份额。 |

| Abstract: | Human capital is a very important factor of production and plays a key role in the creation of enterprise value and socio-economic development.There is a gaming process concerning the human capital owners and non-human capital owners in the arrangement of enterprise ownership.In deciding on the percentage of human capital owners in enterprise ownership,non-human capital owners shall take into account the relationship between the specific human capital on the one hand and internal enterprise ownership and enterprise efficiency. |
