治理流动性过剩的对策

流动性过剩问题是近几年我国经济社会发展中最头痛的问题之一。社会反响十分热烈。治理流动性过剩,货币政策只能治标,不能治本。本文认为只有运用财政政策,大力进行基础设施建设;打破垄断,为社会资本广开投资渠道;促进对外投资;大力进行商品房建设,增加商品房供应;扩大进口;增加证券发行,加快资本市场的发展;鼓励居民出国旅游等政策措施,才能从根本上解决流动性过剩问题,从而实现我国经济的长期稳定发展。

Countermeasures in handling fluidity surplus

Liquidity surplus has become one of the main problems in China's economic and social development.Monetary policies cannot solve the problem basically.This paper holds the view that only to carry out the following policies can the problem be solved basically so as to realize the long and steady development for China's economy.The policies include:to apply the financial policy so as to develop the infrastructures,to break monopoly so as to enrich the investment channels for social capitals,to accelerate foreign investment,to improve the real estate market,to encourage the import,to increase the negotiable securities so as to accelerate the development of capital market,to encourage citizens to travel overseas.
