| Abstract: | The network innovation pattern of system integration is the new pattern of technical innovations implemented by transnational corporations from developing countries. These transnational corporations should establish “creative learning organization” on considering the foundation of enterprise actual condition, use the innovation resources that National Innovation System offers, surmount obstacle and pull off the conversion of technical innovation patterns. |
