| 摘 要： | 相关多元化经营战略是企业发展的重要战略选择，民营企业在发展到一定规模时也要采用多元化经营，但我国很多民营企业仅仅看到多元化经营“花环”的一面，忽视了其“陷阱”的风险，陷入了多元化经营的误区。为此，民营企业必须提高竞争力和管理水平，审时度势，有序推进。
