| 摘 要： | 金融危机是经济危机在当代的演化形式。近年来，虚拟经济领域内的金融危机频频发生。用马克思主义虚拟经济理论对金融危机的产生进行解读，分析虚拟经济的理论来源，初步界定了虚拟经济、经济危机及金融危机并区分它们之间的关系，在此基础上解析了金融危机产生的可能性。
