| 摘 要： | 广元林业20年科学发展的成就是:工程造林,增资源;强化管理,保成果;发展产业,促效益。主要措施创新为:领导重视,目标明确;尊重生态规律,确立林业发展思路;坚持目标考核的工作奖惩机制;切实转变作风,真抓实干;以林业制度创新为重点,加快国土绿化进程;以林业项目为载体,推进林业产业建设坚持依法行政,把林业建设纳入法制轨道。

| Abstract: | The achievement of forestry science development within 20 years includs:increasing resource through engineering forestation,protect the harvest by strengthing management,promoting benefit by developing industry.Main measure of innovation is:leadership recognition,target definitude;respect the ecosystem regulation,establish the forestry development way of thinking;insist the work prize and punishment mechanism that target assess;change the style authentically,grasp strictly and the work really;take the forestry system innovation as the emphases;take the forestry item as carrier,advance forestry industry build and insist on administrate by law,bring forestry into the legal orbit. |
